Dedicated Seating 

We do not offer any shared seating arrangements or first come first serve options.  Our clients have had the foresight to plan for the future and their plans should not be compromised by a provider selling the same space they may have sold many times over.  We are able to provide you with office space in any size from as small as 350 square feet to as large as 30,000 square feet.

Highest Level of Security

Our facilities offer the highest level of security.  All access points to the facility and all internal doorways are controlled using biometric technology.  Your Space inside the facility may only be accessed by you and your designated staff.  The entire facility has centralised electronic monitoring, as well we utilise leading edge blast and impact mitigation technology on exterior windows.

No hidden Charges

A monthly fee and metered electricity consumption charges are all you will ever incur.  CAi clients have unlimited rights towards testing and updating their infrastructure.

Declaring a Disaster

In order to ensure seamless continuity, CAi clients are never troubled with the costs and inconvenience associated with declaring a disaster.

Infrastructure

Our site contains all of the requisite infrastructure to ensure continuous operations.  The raised floor space (16” floor with ramp access) is secure and located in the core of the building.  It is equipped with fire rated walls, fire suppression systems (pre-action), power distribution units and independent climate controls.  In addition, the facility has diesel generators, MGE UPS systems, HVAC, dedicated client conduit for cabling and satellite facilities.  All of our mechanical and electrical systems are designed to also run on emergency power.  Recording CCTV systems are in place to monitor all common areas and the exterior of the building.

Pandemic Ready

Isolation of your essential staff is critical and may determine the ultimate survival of your business.  The design of our facility incorporates OHA best practices, enhancing resistance to viral outbreaks.  Some examples include; fresh water supplies, non-perishable food storage, infrared disinfection sensor technology, medical staff inspecting all visitors during pandemic period and showering facilities.

Location

Our facility is offset from the street to enhance perimeter security and adjacent to a Police division unit.  It is located close to all major highways, hotels and Pearson International Airport.  Wheelchair access is provided.
